How does it work? (for the student)

Step 1 – I submit my application
You tell us your dates, your budget, your campus or your internship location, and the type of accommodation you want (room in a shared apartment, studio, residence…).

Step 2 – We offer you options
Stay-Breeze presents you with a selection of verified accommodations that match your profile and length of stay.

Step 3 – Booking & Installation
Once you have chosen your accommodation, you sign your contract, pay the deposit and your first month's rent, and you receive all the practical information for your arrival (access, house rules, contacts, etc.).

How does it work? (for the owner)

Step 1 – Analysis of your property
We visit your property or residence, assess the potential for Stay-Student (rooms, studios, coliving) and define together the possible lengths of stay.

Step 2 – Setting up the offer
We prepare a professional presentation of the accommodation (photos, description, house rules) and structure the formula: rent, charges, minimum duration, deposit, service options.

Step 3 – Managing Stays
Stay-Breeze takes care of requests, profile selection, check-in/check-out management and, if you wish, daily follow-up (cleaning, minor technical interventions, etc.).

Example of durations & flexibility

To accommodate academic schedules and internships, we primarily work with stays of:

3 months: short internships, reduced semesters, intensive programs,
6 months: university semester, long-term internship,
9–12 months: full academic year or first year of work.

In some cases, a minimum duration (e.g. 1 or 2 months) may be set depending on the accommodation.
